Sanjay Vazirani is a first-generation visionary entrepreneur and a trailblazer in the global hospitality industry. As the Founder and Chairman of Foodlink Group, he has redefined luxury dining and created a legacy of world-class catering and unparalleled culinary experiences. Since founding Foodlink in 2003, Sanjay has combined his deep passion for quality, innovation, and excellence to build a globally recognized brand known for pushing the boundaries of the hospitality sector.

Under Sanjay's leadership, Foodlink Group has expanded into an international powerhouse with a diverse portfolio that includes luxury catering, banqueting, restaurants, cloud kitchens, and integrated food & beverage services. What began as a small catering business in Mumbai has now blossomed into a brand with a global presence, operating across India, the Middle East, Europe, and beyond.

Sanjay's journey into the world of hospitality began with a Bachelor's degree from the prestigious Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition in Mumbai. His early career as a restaurant manager and F&B consultant laid the foundation for his ground-breaking contributions to the hospitality sector.

At the heart of our operations lies a robust infrastructure designed to cater to large-scale needs with precision and efficiency. Our well-appointed base kitchens are equipped with state-of-the-art cooking facilities and cutting-edge storage systems, enabling us to prepare over 1 million meals daily. These kitchens feature specialized areas such as grinding stations, pot wash stations, cold storage rooms, and advanced combi ovens, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Our base kitchens, strategically located in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Delhi, Hyderabad, Dubai, Turkey, and Milan, are designed for bulk cooking and seamless operations. These kitchens are complemented by adjoining warehousing facilities spanning over 200,000 square feet, providing ample space for equipment storage and inventory management. This expansive setup allows us to handle large volumes of orders while maintaining the highest standards of efficiency, food safety and quality.

Transportation Fleet

To ensure timely delivery and exceptional service, we maintain a fleet of refrigerated and non-refrigerated food trucks for seamless material transportation and distribution. Our fleet is equipped to deliver fresh meals across diverse locations, ensuring that food reaches its destination with optimal quality.

Unit Kitchens

In addition to our base kitchens, we operate smaller unit/restaurant kitchens across key locations, including Mumbai, Hyderabad, Delhi, Dubai, and Sharjah. These unit kitchens cover a combined area of 20,000 square feet, ensuring quick access to food preparation and delivery. Each venue we cater to also has dedicated on-site kitchens for reheating, service support, and food delivery, ensuring that every meal is served hot and fresh.
